Sean’s Path to Twin Peaks

Sean Burns was appointed Vice President of Operations in August 2024. He joined Twin Peaks in 2014 as a member of a store management team. Sean has spent more than 30 years in the restaurant industry with Cici’s Pizza, Wingstop, and Hooters before joining Twin Peaks. He has experience in a wide variety of concepts including full service casual dining, buffet style, and counter service only. As Vice President of Operations, Sean recognizes that people will always be Twin Peaks’ greatest asset and spends countless hours building relationships with his team focusing on training, coaching, and providing members with paths for growth within the company.
